This program is specifically designed for individuals who wish to become independent or launch their own business. Depending on needs, ccb will arrange for you to meet with inhouse professionals and outside advisors who are able to guide you in the process of launching your own consultancy practice or business in Switzerland, thereby helping you to become master of your own destiny.

The basic program includes:

• Career assessment
• Personal assessment
• Strategy development
• Establishment of objectives
• Preparation of materials including the Business and Marketing Plans
• Counselling during the launch period for the new business

Candidates beginning a Full Service Career Transition Program can change to the "Start your own business" Program at any time.
